Adamo Lanza is an Associate at Brad Bailey Law, where he represents clients in state and federal court at district and appellate levels. Adamo specializes in researching and drafting of trial and appellate briefs and pleadings in all Massachusetts courts, and has developed a successful sub-practice handling motions to seal and show cause/clerk magistrate hearings.
Lanza has gained a reputation throughout Massachusetts for being adept and highly-experienced in filing and arguing Dookhan motions. Annie Dookhan is a former Boston crime labs technician who admitted to tampering with and falsifying evidence in thousands upon thousands of drug crimes over the course of 8+ years. Cases that used her testimonies or evidence reviews can be considered unjust and unusable, constituting a Dookhan motion. To date, he has a perfect record when it comes to obtaining a Dookhan dismissal; Lanza’s record is also flawless regarding state re-motions to seal Dookhan dismissals in both district and superior courts.
Adamo is a magna cum laude graduate of Suffolk University School of Law. He joined the firm in January of 2015 after working for a boutique criminal defense firm in Boston since his graduation from law school in 2013. A lifelong resident of Massachusetts, Adamo also attended the University of Massachusetts – Amherst, graduating cum laude in 2008 with a double major in Legal Studies & Philosophy.
